TJ...the coach from Niagara Falls HS was on ESPN earlier today. In addition to Paul Harris, Jonny Flynn and the kind from Niagara, their high school team also featured the starting pg at Buffalo and a kid who starts at UMass. THAT is one unbelievably stacked public high school team.

Ok, just so my fans at G:TB know whom to pull for tonight, I need UConn, Mizzou, Pitt, and Nova. Not asking too much here.

For the record, I have both Xavier and Mizzou winning tonight in my main NCAA pool. Tonight's going to work out one of two ways for this guy...
Also, I don't necessarily believe strongly in either Mizzou or Xavier. I just don't buy Memphis this year and am deathly afraid, due to recent history, of pinning my bracket's hopes on Pitt.

So one benefit of unemployment is that I've vowed to clear out the residual liquor in my bar. I always drain and replenish the scotch, wine and beer stock, but I left the poor rum, vodka and gin all by themselves, as they are not drinks I usually imbibe on the couch.
That has all changed tonight. It's me and vodka and tonic (and a squire of lemon juice) making three tonight.
I really hope UConn pulls away so we can get the Pitt game. I have them in the finals.

Duke's lack of pg play is really being exposed by Nova's halfcourt defense tonight. To me, that's been the biggest difference in the last few years. They've had no guards who can create off the dribble.
