Midget Dictator demanded something appear today, and this is that something. Hope you're happy, asshat.

Oh yeah, Dennis, Duke blows.

I have a t-shirt that looks exactly like the old D.A.R.E. shirts but it reads C.R.E.A.M. (with the phrase spelled out below) and man is it awesome. When hip-hop fans from our age bracket see it, they lose their shit.

Moral of the story: I rule.

Here it is:

So what you're saying is I once again picked an excellent Friday video.

Mark said...

Si.

"...in English please..."

T.J. said...

Gillispie out at Kentucky.

Anthony Grant time?

rob said...

donovan to kentucky, grant to florida. domino, motherfucker. not an original thought by me, i assure you.

T.J. said...

That's about as original as any Carlos Mencia joke ever told.

zman said...

The cream shirt is dope. Maybe I should have gone to school in Florida. When I got back from Thanksgiving break my sophomore year, I told people about this amazing new group I heard and their song "Method Man." The response: anyone who samples Hall and Oates has to suck. Clearly they were right, and the Wu-Tang Clan never achieved success.

T.J. said...

Wait, is this an excuse to discuss Yacht Rock?

rob said...

incoming from greg in 3...2...1

T.J. said...

...or Whit...

rob said...

so this evening, gentlemen, we are all sooners.

sorry, teej. money is thicker than blood.

T.J. said...

Well, good luck, moron. I don't care if Griffin goes 35/15...Cuse is winning.

Boeheim's 800th is gonna be sweeeet.

T.J. said...

The drunken random Final Four I mentioned earlier will pay off only if Cuse gets it done tonight. So screw your money, rob madoff, it's all Cuse...

TR said...

Rumor has it that Travis Ford will be the next coach at Kentucky, unless T. Boone Pickens goes into his wallet to keep him.

TR said...

Ford's coaching staff will be Kenny Walker, Rex Chapman and Roderick Rhodes.

T.J. said...

(standing and clapping)

Shlara said...

Kenny Walker & Rex Champman...sounds like the 1995 Bullets roster to me

Mark said...

I have to go with the Cuse too. I might be in love with Jonny Flynn and I picked the Orange here in just about every pool.

zman said...

I knew Roderick Rhodes would be a bust when I saw Digger take him off the dribble.

T.J. said...

I miss Lodrick and Rodrick (Stewart)...guess which one was the lefty?

Mark said...

I had forgotten all about him until TR mentioned him. Remember how he transferred to USC and somehow became an NBA 1st rounder under the guise of being a "big point guard"? Yeah...that worked out about as well as him being the "next Mashburn" at UK.

Mark said...

By "him", I mean Roderick Rhodes, of course.

Greg said...

When I heard "Yacht Rock" and "samples", I thought of one thing and one thing only: Yacht Rock 7

Mark said...

Clark Kellog is gay for Blake Griffin.

Mark said...

Jim Nantz just informed me that Jonny Flynn in percolating...umm, okay.

Mark said...

Just checked the old email machine and I had a new message. Subject line the read: Giraffe getting a blow job. So, obviously I had to check it out...

Mark said...

Have we ever gotten any explanation on why Crocker on Oklahoma wears long sleeves under his jersey?

rob said...

bit of a rough start for me this evening. tivo/timing clusterfuck combined with poorly executed bathtime for kids means i missed everything up to this point. awesome. anything noteworthy happen thus far?

Whitney said...

Arizona scored the first 28 points of the game, then Louisville went on a 49-0 run. 49-28 at half.

rob said...

well that's certainly something.

rob said...

man, that hit hurt from here.

Mark said...

That looked like a charge to me. And, good god Flynn should be dead after that collision.

Mark said...

The last minute and 30 of the first half effectively changed the entire complexion of this Cuse-OU game.

rob said...

oh, that'll suck if flynn can't go. i'm rooting for the sooners, but we all love jonny flynn.

TR said...

I really love Blake Griffin's game. I think he's gonna be a big-time NBA player.

Is that Eminence Front they're playing at halftime when showing the Cuse stats?

TR said...

I can't believe the empty seats in the Tar Heels section behind the yellow CBS sports sign (where Cuse is shooting in the 2nd half). I know it's all about your team, but how do you ignore a 2/3 matchup?

That said, OU stretching the lead to 20 won't draw them in.

OU will dominate UNC on Sunday.

TR said...

8:44 and the combined leads in the two games is 53.

rob said...

let's hope they dominate gonzaga on sunday.

Mark said...

-I like Griffin a lot more than I liked Beasley last year. Bigger, more athletic, rebounds better, plays harder.

-The amount of empty seats is criminal.

- If Sparty goes out later tonight my bracket is pretty much fucked.

Mark said...

I've been a bit of a Gonzaga hater the past few years but even I would love to see them take out UNC tonight. Don't think its gonna happen though. Not enough D on that squad.

rob said...

i have no illusions about gonzaga's chances, but i'm on a pretty good run of results, so i figured i'd double down.

Greg said...

Crocker please!

TR said...

Griffin is an amazing athlete. He's not afraid to outmuscle bigs for a rebound, lead a break and make the right pass or finish himself.

Beasly could never do that. Beasley freaks me out b/c he looks like the sensitive guy character played by Brendan Fraser in Bedazzled. It's the freckles and the hair that seals the comparison.

TR said...

You get the sense that Cuse doesn't practice their press as much as Pitino's troops do...

Mark said...

I agree on Griffin. He's gonna need to develop a more refined offensive game to be a big time star in the NBA but he certainly has the ability.

As for Beasley, eventually he's a SF in the NBA and that changes the whole equation with him. I said the same thing this time last year. I was just surprised seemingly nobody else felt that way. I mean shit, he's barely 6'8".

Greg said...

have the griffith-looks-like-sloth jokes started yet?

Mark said...

Jackson and Onuaku don't exactly look "press ready".

Mark said...

The more I watch Oklahoma, the more I think they are America's ugliest team...

rob said...

never to early for a rousing 'go to hell, carolina, go to hell'.

TR said...

Not surprisingly, Cuse shows some heart and guts to cut it to 14.

TR said...

Speaking of Oklahoma ugliness, when did Capel start looking like he was 55? If he was a tad darker, he'd be a dead ringer for Stanley from The Office.

Mark said...

Why did it take me this long to notice that blonde behind the Griffins?

Mark said...

Capel's just so fat now. He's like a different person altogether.

rob said...

stat-padding time. and maybe backboard padding.

Mark said...

That's kind of sick...and kind of stupid.

rob said...

i'm just flabbergasted by both dimensions. he hit his head. on. the. backboard.

rob said...

did teejay pace himself poorly at happy hour? again.

TR said...

So we're left with one unanswered question - Did Callahan really skip school so he could buy a Super Big Gulp? Did he do it b/c he got mocked so badly a few years back for being caught taping himself doing Jedi tricks with a stick?

rob said...

couple of impressive wins. and boring-ass games. c'mon, round two.

TR said...

Callahan probably has a crush on Lauren. After all, she drives, has long red hair and is doing well enough to drop $1 K on a laptop. But he knows she's out of his league, so he mopes around all day and sucks down his 600 calorie carbonated beverages.

Mark said...

I have no real reason to be, but I'm pretty pumped for this MSU-Kansas game.

TR said...

1989 just called Greg Anthony and asked for its tie back.

Whitney said...

Did You Know??? The Coke Zero commercial angry guy is Michael Bolton from Office Space.

rob said...

i like how they show callahan as a grown-up, running the rinseless car wash.

rob said...

more of that kansas cheeleader, please.

TR said...

I wonder if that car wash is hiring...

rob said...

cole aldrich's game has really developed. that little spasmosis notwithstanding.

rob said...

grant took the alabama job. i assume that means donovan is staying in florida.

rob said...

spaghetti jimmy winds up in a locker, rescued by a delivery person.

TR said...

That one got me Rob, but the vodka tonics may have helped the process.

TR said...

I want to make it clear that I'm rooting for Gonzaga because I'm pro-shrooms.

rob said...

heytvelt shoots some loud free throws.

TR said...

How is Heytvelt related to Jim McIlvaine? Cousins?

rob said...

gonzaga's 40 turnover pace could be a problem.

rob said...

carolina's too good and gonzaga has no hope of bringing enough physicality to make a difference. i don't think this will be close at all.

TR said...

How is it that Psycho T doesn't win ACC player of the year, yet he is the only ACC person to be among the final 4 Naismith player of the year candidates?

(answer: because he's white)

rob said...

it would be something close to a crime if hansbrough wins poy. he's a great player, but he's not even the best player on his own team.

rob said...

tate george!

TR said...

Mark Few = (Lance Armstrong + Tom Brzozowski)/2

Mark said...

If course Donovan isn't leaving. Why would anybody ever leave the University of Florida?

rob said...

that's a fine point, mark. i couldn't begin to imagine why.

rob said...

would it be too much to ask to have a game decided by fewer than 10 points this evening?

TR said...

The more I drink, the hotter Lauren the laptop shopper gets.

Mark said...

Sparty's making a game of it...

Mark said...

So...Sherron Collins hates gay people?

rob said...

yeah, i caught that, too. batten down the monitors on press row.

Greg said...

was that an ad for math?

Mark said...

Times are tough for everyone, Greg.

Mark said...

Gus just dropped a 'nap town' on us.

Mark said...

So Rob got his close game but he couldn't stay up for it? Yeah, I should have expected that.

rob said...

right here, mark. pretending to have a 'conversation' with my wife.

rob said...

wow, that was a terrible waste of a possession.

rob said...

sherron collins, not that great down the stretch.

Mark said...

Conversations are very overrated. Nice little move by Kalin Lucas there.

Mark said...

Wow...bad foul.

Mark said...

As for Collins. He's turnover prone at times but he carries so much of the weight for this team that its tough to kill him.

Mark said...

Okay, not as hard after that miss.

rob said...

i reiterate - sherron collins...carries the weight, but not tonight.

rob said...

lupe izzo, botoxed beyond the point where her face betrays emotion.

rob said...

if i'm a kansas fan, i'm quite pissed at these guys.

rob said...

that's quite a bad loss for kansas.

Mark said...

Izzo gets it done in the tourney. Ah yeah, again and again.

Greg said...

I am thinking of getting a yo-to
