It's reasons like this that I love New York. Challenging authority? Check. Blatant disregard for one's own physical well-being? Check. Humor? Check. Repeated use of rhetorical questions and "Check" as an answer in consecutive posts by same contributor? Check.

why does he always say "i got a ticket for riding NOT in the bike lane" versus "i got a ticket for not riding in the bike lane?" that bothers me. serves him right. prick.
Why does Simmons insist on similarly bad sentence structure?:

i confess to being really, really impressed with grantland's first few days.
Rob's comment has made me go to grantlands and check it out.
Point of order: my ideas are terrible but my sentence structure would make Strunk and White proud.
Whenever I hear/see Grantland, I sing that word to the song Badlands.
The writing has indeed been strong out the box. The Champs League story and the Wrigley story were both great. And the Donnie Walsh one was good too.
