Your only hockey clip of the year...

...so enjoy it. This is Rick Nash last night making the Phoenix Coyotes look silly. And yes, I am actually familiar with Mr. Nash's work. That makes the total number of NHL players I can name 14.

Question for the gallery: Even if I have a chance to hear Journey when I'm back in Vegas in March, I skip it because Steve Perry is not involved, right?

Or do I go because the marketing material says there will be "some fun arena-rock networking"?

i think you go, take pictures, and report back to g:tb's inquiring readers.

This is the new lead singer of Journey? Really?

In December 2007, the band hired Filipino singer Arnel Pineda of the cover band The Zoo. Journey had discovered Pineda via cover videos of Journey songs he had recorded with Zoo and posted on YouTube. The band announced that they would be producing a new album with Pineda by the summer of 2008.

I'm not sure the roids helped:

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Former NFL defensive lineman Dana Stubblefield was charged Friday with perjury, becoming the first football player accused in the BALCO federal steroids investigation.

Stubblefield, a three-time Pro Bowl player who testified before the BALCO grand jury in 2003, is charged with lying to federal agents about his alleged use of performance-enhancing drugs.

The charges unsealed in federal court in San Francisco contend Stubblefield made false statements to an IRS agent when he allegedly said he had not used steroids linked to the Bay Area Laboratory Co- Operative and denied receiving performance-enhancing drugs from BALCO founder Victor Conte.
