personally hurt that tr doesn't know of my longstanding affection for cameroon's indomitable lions, who lead african qualifying group i with 6 points from 3 matches.

Rob's an Internet Sally.

I played 2+ hours of pickup ball. Grabbing lunch and then going home to sit on the couch for 8 hours. Yay Sunday!

Iowa State was really impressive in the loss. Lots of athelticism. Made Ohio St. look very below-the-rim by comparison.

they're fucking indomitable, mark!

who is in charge of programming at CBS? today's game times are turrible.

T.J. said...

Yep, Shlara. It's a traveshamockery

Jim Nance is really terrible. It is amazing how bad he is at calling these games.

Clarence said...

If him what?

tribe baseball now 16-8, league-leading 5-1 in caa play after a sweep at northeastern. won all three games by 1-0 scores.

Mark said...

Agreed, Shlara. It's like CBS has forgotten that people sit around and watch multiple NFL games on Sunday afternoons. Duke-Creighton starts at 9:40 tonight for shit's sake.

Mark said...

Also, who's Jim Nance? Larry Nance's lesser known brother?

Clarence said...

I prefer Jim Nancy-boy.

rob said...

tr, you got the preview for tuesday's usa/mexico qualifier at azteca?

Marls said...

Nantz....Hello friends.

Marls said...

He should, he is the only one who cares.

zman said...

El Reynoldo can get you a good deal on an Aztek.

Danimal said...

Speaking of only one that cares, thanks for the tribe baseball updates Rob.

Marls said...

Back in 2003, I rented an Aztek in Pittsburgh on a business trip. Broke down. Called Avis, who gave me another Aztek. Battery died.

Not good times.

mason to the a10. last virginia school in the caa, please turn out the lights. at this point, i'm actively hoping the tribe heads to the patriot.

zman said...

Shouldn't we be have been hoping for a move to the Patriot for some time now?

Shlara said...

I come back from dinner and GMU joins the A10???

Clarence said...

Here's hoping you didn't have someone joining you for a nightcap. From the sound of things, they might be disappointed.

this fgcu/san diego state game is fun.

Mr KQ said...

I'm enjoying the Nancy comments.

zman said...

Tomorrow we'll do quimby jokes.

T.J. said...

Lionel Simmons and Randy Woods will be getting after it tonight. La Salle, baby!

T.J. said...

Would also be quite satisfying to see Miami lose tonight as well...

zman said...

The Miami/Illinois game is good so far. Larranaga is my homeboy.

Mr KQ said...

It's gotta be the shoes.

zman said...

The canes need to work the shot clock more.

zman said...

Mr KQ = Mars Blackman

zman said...

Canes cant draw a foul or get a rebound.

Clarence said...

Shaka Smart to UCLA?

Clarence said...

I don't think Miami has scored since Zman said Larranaga is his homeboy.

T.J. said...

Larkin. Onions.

zman said...

Eff Larranaga!

zman said...

Onions indeed

T.J. said...

Horrendous call by refs on that out of bounds play.

zman said...

Nnanna is a dope name.

zman said...

Not a lot of smart decisions by either team.

T.J. said...

So Miami does indeed escape the first weekend of the tourney. And now Coach L gets to return to the Verizon Center for this week's action. Worked out pretty well for him last time.

zman said...

Miami has a chubby cheerleader?!
