Dedicated to the premise that life would be better if we all took ourselves a little less seriously.
the invention of music scene from 'caveman' is pretty good:www.youtube.com/watch?v=tYBNoFcvcWIalso, the street gunfight scene from 'heat' is awesome, though not sure it qualifies.
rob, that Heat scene may fall into the same category as the "landing at Normandy" scene from Saving Private Ryan...sure, great scene, and virtually no dialogue, but not exactly what I was going for here.
how 'bout you post some rules, then, jerkoff?
Yeah, cause we're always such sticklers for these things here at G:TB HQ...
How about the sex scene in the original Terminator?
What about the single-shot opening of Boogie Nights? The camera zooms in on the outside of the club from afar, follows Burt Reynolds and Julianne Moore in, moves around Roller Girl, winds its way through the club and lands on Eddie Adams from Torrance. Honorable mentions: a similar single-shot sequence in The Player that is bad-ass, the opening sequence of Wall-E (not joking) and the scenes in Castaway where Hanks is stumbling around trying to figure out what the F is happening.
because i know you care, w&m's out of conference hoops opponents: uconn, harvard, norfolk state, navy, radford, manhattan, ohio
Know where the Tribe-Jaspers battle is gonna be played?
nope. will effort an answer.
Some mountain biker thinks she's Nate Newton. Or TJ.http://tinyurl.com/n49jb8If TJ ever decides to become a rapper, he should call himself DJ Toil. Just my unsolicited $0.02.
Late to the party, but the slow-mo walking scene from Reservoir Dogs comes to mind.
