Shlara - I need to apologize for pretty much walking away from our conversation in the arena. At some point when we were talking, I realized how drunk I was getting and I felt badly b/c you were being so polite and acting like a normal adult. You probably hadn't eaten 10 beers in the last 3 hours like I had.
Not sure why I felt compelled to drink so much so quickly all night, but I know I wasn't alone. Committment to idiocy indeed.
Strong showing by TR over the past few days. He started Gfhest with two Johnny Walkers and ended it with cheeseburgers next to two streetwalkers. And then somehow this coherent interview happened.
nice work TR-- you said "dry powder" and "brown sand" without giggling! i'm still not sure i understood the interview, though-- doesn't oil come from olives?
well done indeed. so i guess this means we can come to tr with inquiries on energy related stocks? awesome. tr - give me the scoop on pbr...long-term hold/buy/sell assuming cost a bit more than where it is now. thanks!
1) bang on with the conan o'brien call. 2) i thought we outsung the kokomoes 3) igor - which old boy tourney did we commit to playing in? 4) the guy with the ali haji-sheikh sweatshirt seemed angry with me.

And now the world knows what I've known for almost 20 years -- no one knows gas like TR.

TR, you were drunk?
Compared to some of the other guys, you seemed sober to me.
(read: igor got a little handsy)
(Also read: Greg was being Greg)
greg was an awful lot of greg. it was awesome.
I'm stunned by the coherent nature of this piece.
greg is the guy who looked like conan o'brien and kept calling me "signor pellicane," right?
Sounds about right.
another good pic would have been of rob wearing gheorghe's suit jacket.
that idea crossed my mind too late, danimal. would've been excellent.
great time at the drink up. a few observations:
1) bang on with the conan o'brien call.
2) i thought we outsung the kokomoes
3) igor - which old boy tourney did we commit to playing in?
4) the guy with the ali haji-sheikh sweatshirt seemed angry with me.
Ali Haji Sheik was on my friend's paper route in 5th grade. True story. Says more about how ghetto Ali rolls than how fly we were.
Ali Haji Sheikh had a rough night. He was a bit of a wet blanket late in the evening. Great guy otherwise.
Good to meet the KQ posse.
So who will sign Peyton Manning?
