Office Etiquette Advice

Dear Gheorghe:

One of my employees is named Rick. Every time I speak with him, I think of this scene from the classic comedy, The Young Ones:

Should I be concerned? Is this appropriate managerial conduct? And would it be okay if I referred to him in the same manner Vyvvyan does?

Thanks in advance for your answer,

"John"

Three of my four Final Four teams are gone. And I've watched more college basketball this year than I have in the last 15 years.

This just proves that the older I get, the dumber I get.

Next year, I'm going to go with the coolest unis and team mascots. Will probably do better.

Nice, "John." The Young Ones is one of may favorite shows of all time.

In that clip you may recognize Jennifer Saunders before her AbFab days, but there are much funnier scenes of Rick, methinks. Like here, for example.

And here, with Emma Thompson, the dude from House, and other people you might recognize. This whole episode ("Bambi") was classic.

And, full circle, here . . . with Lemmy.

somehow my brother and i completely screwed up our joint picks in the pool we are in-- and we reset my father's brackets to our un-revised picks. multiple human and computer errors.

we are in third place out of over thirty people, with the final four intact.
