"Can I get an AMEN from the bobbleheads?"

Special thanks to Dennis for the newest bobblehead in the GTB collection, Mr. Jhonny Peralta of the Cleveland Indians (sadly, Michael was hosed and did not receive a free souvenir bobblehead from the friendly Indians employee working the gates). Jhonny* (not a typo, the "h" is actually in the right spot) joins Khalil Greene and Darrell Green in the most diverse and useless bobblehead collection around...

*According to Wikipedia, the unusual spelling of Jhonny's first name can be attributed to a clerical error on his birth certificate. A clerical error he refuses to have changed.

Adios Livan Hernandez...

WASHINGTON -- Washington Nationals ace Livan Hernandez was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday for a pair of minor league pitchers.

You know, the "I don't know anything/I don't care" schtick is getting pretty old already, and he hasn't even done one game yet. Bring back Dennis Miller.

I don't have time today to get on another Tony K rant, but let it suffice to say that there are people in the world who do the sarcastic, witty, humorous thing AND know a lot about the NFL. There are tons of them. Why ABC has developed this either/or mentality is beyond me, but then again, Tony's been fooling people into thinking he's a sports enthusiast for years.

The Post should have moved Kornheiser's column to the Style section ages ago. It's such a more accurate section for his fluff.

Diverse is right. I have a Juan Dixon Wizards booble head and a Chuck Thompson talking one, but they don't hold a candle to Jhonny and Khalil.

The manufacturers of Khalil did manage to make him white, unlike the recent Brian Roberts debacle...

I want to start a company that makes bobbleheads of anyone...you just send them a picture and they make a bobblehead. Then we could make heads of the most spare players ever.
