    Getting caught up as I’m usually a few days behind.
    My sons hs fball coach must have viewed the punishing workout Rob posted the other day bc that was their workout yesterday. 1 lap of burpees. 1 bear crawl. 1 lunges. 1 run. Took him 32 min.
