by a 4-3 vote, the colorado supreme court ruled today that orange julius violated the 14th amendment by fomenting insurrection and as such cannot be placed on the state's presidential ballot in 2024. it'll obviously be appealed to the u.s. supreme court, where the bought and paid for 'conservatives' will overturn it, but it seems like a big deal.
