You might be here for her RBG impression, or her sendup of Elizabeth Warren, or her turn as a cat lady, or her teaming up with Bryant to play lesbians washed ashore on Gal Gadot's island of amazon warriors. But for me, this is the best thing McKinnon did on SNL, which is high praise, indeed.

Farewell of a Different Sort
Pete Davidson, Aidy Bryant, Kyle Mooney, and Kate McKinnon are all planning to leave Saturday Night Live after this season. Davidson and Bryant had some very funny moments. Mooney was okay. But we're here to celebrate McKinnon, who is pretty damn high up the list of best SNL ensemble players of all time.

the final half of the final weekend of the premier league season had some draaaama.
Some clarification and perspective from G:TB Legal Dept., por favor. Just read that SCOTUS ruled 6-3 against two men on death row in Arizona who claimed they had poor counsel. SCOTUS majority says federal courts reviewing cases can't hold evidentiary hearings to assess competence of counsel.
So, if I read this correctly, if someone is found guilty or subjected to unreasonable sentence after shoddy lawyering, courts aren't permitted to look into whether better lawyering could have or should have produced a different outcome; that if you're found guilty, you're guilty, and hard cheese. Yes?
Nothing is fucked here, dude.
little danny starfucker seems to have bought a large parcel of land hard by i-95 in dumfries, va, setting off speculation that the commanders are looking to build a stadium in prince william county. that would be very on-brand for a team that aggressively seeks to fuck its fans in new and creative ways. it'd be easier for whitney to get to, though, so silver lining for him.
There continue to be news stories about investigations and the NFL readying to oust Snyder, but I won't believe it until it's done. And in the meantime, he further cements himself as one of the douchiest jackasses I will know about throughout my entire life.
