Tiger probably underachieved in the same way Agassi underachieved.
Recently read the Agassi bio. He definitely underachieved but I’d say if Tiger underachieved the reasons weren’t completely the same as him and Agassi. Overbearing parent? Without a doubt. Self doubt? I think that’s a different animal. Depending on the individual timeline.
Agassi actually controlled it more late in life while Tiger spun out a bit because he hadn’t really lived in a way Agassi had - for better or worse.
