Back in November, I told you about Gaga, the dance/movement theory developed and popularized by Israeli choreographer Ohad Naharian. At the time, my eldest daughter was interested in Naharian's work and aspired to study under him in Tel Aviv. Now, after a year of intensive dance study in college, she's obsessed.
This week, she participated in a series of online classes taught by Naharian and his company. It's very cool watching your kid do something she loves. For your viewing pleasure and knowledge accumulation, here's a little bit of a little dancer doing some Gaga.
Rootsy, feel free to upload some of your boy's work. We could all use a little culture in our lives.

well that didn't work very well. stand by.
We are awaiting some footage of our son’s recent dance performance. I can’t view this vid. Perhaps it’s not allowed in Maine?

It’s not exactly up our ass at this point

I want to believe I could move like that, but I think I would pull a muscle trying to do most of this. I'm going to stick with Goat Yoga in Boulder for now (yes that's a real thing).
Rob - we are booked with Rapid Transit Rafting for Saturday. If we don't have the rafting trip of our lives, we will all blame you.
This Field of Dreams game just got exciting.
Moonlight Graham sac fly?
tr - you doing the half day or full day trip with rapid transit? the water's going to be a little bit slower at this time of year than when we were there, just because the snowmelt tends to slow down. but those folks know their stuff.
We are doing the half-day trip, which is ~2 hrs on the water. Calm waters probably best for the wife’s nervousness, and for my kids, who are new to this. We can step it up next June.
that’s what we did. it’s a blast.
Things appear to be going swimmingly in Afghanistan
i’m not going swimming in afghanistan. seems dangerous.
but yes, 40 years of policy failures certainly seem to be coming home to roost. i don't envy the president and his team on this one. no win situation.
Friday content, anyone? Come on. Teej? Marls? Dennis? You, Lieutenant Weinberg?
Me, I’m headed to Va Beach to ride around on a friend’s boat and throw back rum runners. Stay tuned.
