I don't claim to be a marketing expert or anything...

...but I've got to think there couldn't be a much worse time to promote an event like this than right here, right now (thank you Jesus Jones).

Apparently, local sports talker ESPN 980 is putting on the event at Union Jack's, a local rum joint conveniently located in the same mall that houses the Washington Capitals practice facility on the garage roof (yes, it is as weird as it sounds). In case that image is hard to read, it's going to be a super fun night of local sports talk radio and your opportunity (crazy, delusional Skins fan) to "rub elbows with none other than Sonny Jurgensen, Joe Theismann, and Jason Campbell!"

From what I can tell, the only positive to this event is it runs from 6-9pm (it sure isn't the $98 ticket price). And you get a chance to ask Jason Campbell if he's looking forward to playing in front of 22,000 fans in Jacksonville next year.
