And Then There Was Micky

Pour out some bubblegum-flavored pop for Mike Nesmith, the wildly underrated songwriting backbone of The Monkees, who passed today.

And if you think this is a way for me to procrastinate writing Day Four of Gheorghemas, I won't correct you. Not even using Wite-out.

Nesmith also wrote Different Drum and was the executive producer of Repo Man.

I missed Zman's post yesterday so I'm just now catching up. He regularly sends my wife and I rides that he recommends. The peloton is great but I hate riding stationary bikes so I only use it here and there. My wife uses the bike, and all the other classes they offer on an almost daily basis. Well worth the money.

As for IF, I did it for a while at the height of the pandemic. However, I like to go to the gym early in the AM (6ish) and need a little food in my pre and post workout so it doesn't work for me. And neither do slippers. Too fucking hot in Florida for that.
