As to your your last question, are they claiming personal injury or just the cosmetic damage?

I’d tell your ins company that you want to dispute the claim and send them a copy of the plover report. Let the company decide whether they will pay it. If you accept for clsim you’ll pay out of pocket up to your deductible anyway and they will raise your rates as well. Which can’t be cheap with a teenage driver as it is.

danimal, i know some people who aren’t afraid to take off the record statements from golf insiders and embellish them for entertainment purposes. just say the word.

"Tosser" is a word that isn't used enough (at all?) over here. I'd like to make a motion for us here at GTP nation to actively work it into our everyday lexicon. Tosser, and Plonker - words that are heard within hours of landing anywhere in the U.K., sometimes at my expense.
