The meta-filler was so meta and so fillericious that it yielded another meta-filler post the same day?! Meta-postcount!

Filler? Brings to mind an absolutely filthy limerick I composed in the 3rd floor Unit M shower, then guest performed with Doug Clark and the Hot Nuts in 1996 at their annual Thanksgiving show at The Coffee Pot, Roanoke's oldest roadhouse. The limerick brought the house down. Perhaps I'll make a post memorializing the spot and my moment of glory.
I smoked a huge pork shoulder on Wednesday. Even after giving a bunch to my folks we were left with a ton more. So, tonight I made pulled pork poutine. Waffles fries in the air fryer, beef gravy from my in laws restaurant, chopped up fresh mozzarella and pulled pork reheated in a pan (cooked in its own fat/grease). Strong to quite strong.

I’ve been wanting to do it for a while with some of the leftover meat Ive smoked. Hatched a plan earlier this week because there’s no time like the quarantine.
Huge success. Probably not great for my cholesterol level.

Mark, when you say "beef gravy" I assume you really mean gravy as opposed to bolognese? Even further motivation for me to get an air fryer.
Z- I wouldn’t say ‘played with’ Doug Clark and the Hot Nuts. They had a segment of the show that was audience members getting on the mic for a guest limerick. It wa my senior year. I should have called you. I’ll share it soon. It’s pretty juvenile and dirty. I brought the house down with it on thanksgiving 96 though.
my 18 year-old daughter and her boyfriend of three years broke up today. there are tears here.

Hola Gheorghies. Team TR landed in Hilton Head. I drove the entire 810 mile stretch. I have no idea how folks do the FL drive regularly from the Northeast. When I got past Richmond and hit the NC border, I still had 400 miles to go. That was tough. And bringing a dog added a wrinkle. But nobody barfed or whined.
I saw a billboard for Joel Bieber near Richmond. Made me happy to know he’s still chasing ambulances.
