No, literally, it is.
Here is something from the new Fall 2012 Xenomorph line:
And here's a picture of Kate Moss:

that first pic puts a whole new spin on chasing tail.
Kate Moss - now bonier than ever.
holy shit -- i don't have school monday and tuesday. still no power and my town isn't on the list for getting work done in the next three days.luckily, my parents have heat and power, so my family is staying here tonight, but i will camp at our house in highland park with the dog.
Calais Campbell is a monster.
Not enough is being made of that Panthers touchdown. The ref blew the whistle and waved his arms. Skins players stopped. Apparently play can continue afterwards? Total bullshit.
NFL has got to bring back the real refs. This is getting out of hand.
You know what's worse than the Redskins throwback uniforms? Shanahan's hoodie.
Finally, RGIII is starting to get what Redskins football is all about. Last couple of games he's lowered his game toward the rest of the crapbirds around him.
monday, 10:00 pm, triple d features tortugas lie.
triple d? i don't think of tortuga's when you say that.
laughable effort by the skins
my source tells me the outer banks brew station also featured on that episode.
dave, triple d stands for drinking, dining, degenerates.
One of Obama's folks just called to offer me a ride to my polling place. I'm major.
Referees having a banner fucking weekend.
that giants touchdown was some bullshit
I love you, Doug Martin.
Chuck Pagano's locker room speech was impressive.
DougMartinDougMartinDougMartin.
Doug Martin: TDs run of 45, 67 & 70 yards today. 244 yards so far today. Ridiculous.
Running theme of the power outages: dads letting wives take kids to her parents and staying home alone in cold to"keep an eye on things" instead do dealing w/ in-laws for multiple days. I know three guys in town who've done this. Not including Mr. Truck.
Seems like an even trade off.
very disappointed that the giants couldn't pull off an inspirational hurricane victory, despite the sympathy of the referees.
my children need to go back to school, or there is going to be several more hurricane related injuries in new jersey.
According to the Internet (which is always right), tonight's Triple D episode:
This trip, Guy's grubbin' at some popular hangouts. In St. Louis, the classic British pub cooking up gourmet grilled cheese and a porchetta masterpiece. In Kill Devil Hills, N.C., the brewing station serving righteous shrimp and grits alongside craft made beers. And in Cranston, R.I., the corner spot dishin' out the pasta loaded with little neck clams.
Sounds like Tortugas' is not tonight.
well, there goes that open thread post.
today's lunch specials at tortugas:
Lunch # 1: Thai peanut glazed local yellowfin tuna sandwich topped with a golden-pineapple salsa. Served with chips and salsa. $10
Lunch #2: Crispy cornmeal fried oyster sandwich with lemon-caper remoulade and served with french fries. $10
Lunch #3: Jump lump crab quesadilla stuffed with jack and cheddar cheeses, roasted onions and peppers, shoepeg corn, and our honey habanero bbq sauce. Served with salsa, sour cream, and jalapenos. $11.50
geoff - if you were given the chance to make another prediction on tomorrow, would it differ from your original?
rob?
mine would differ - i'd have to change from the stormin mormon to barry.
apologies rob, but refresh me memory - your race is where this wkd?
i got on the bike yesterday for first time post-snip and proceeded to get 2 flats (tires, not balls) within 4 miles of my house at which point i walked halfway home in bare feet before getting picked up by a neighbor.
Danimal...I still only see two outcomes tomorrow...close Obama win, or Romney landslide. I'm struggling to reconcile polls with reality. I've been all over VA the last 2 weeks and I will be baffled if Obama wins here. But polls today have him up from 2 to 8 points. It doesn't make sense. For example, Obama only won VA by 6 points in '08--NO ONE thinks he will do better in VA this year as opposed to '08...so the existence of polls that out of whack calls all the polls into question.
Conversely, I can see some polls being wrong...but ALL the polls being wrong seems pretty far fetched.
Gun to my head: I'd go with Obama...but if I had never seen a poll and made a prediction just on what I've seen in VA and OH, I'd say Romney in a landslide. Its two or three to one Romney yard sings/bumper stickers in both states.
It seems like the tv ads for Romney have become less and less frequent here in the Northern Commonwealth. I thought that was a negative indicator, if anything, of the challenger's thoughts on his prospects.
the only thing i'm counting on is a late night.
and speaking of ads, am not sure if it is this bad in virginia, but we get somewhere between 3-5 phone calls per day. i've also received 2 copies of "2016" in the mail from two different groups. i guess someone thinks i'm an undecided.
and one other interesting item i've never seen before, and this has come twice - a mailer that shows my neighbor's voting history over the last 2 elections. it doesn't show who they voted for, but only if they voted or not. and it has resulted in me bitching at the slackers about voting tomorrow - so i guess it's effective.
sorry rob...neighbors'
I get an average of 4 calls a day...and I have been volunteering for Romney since February, voted in every GOP primary since I turned 18 and worked in the Bush Administration. They call everyone. A lot.
Bottom line tomorrow: If under 30 voters turn out at '08 levels, Obama wins. If they fall off significantly, the polls will be wrong.
Watch VA in the returns. Polls close at 7. If its called for Romney by 9:30 or so, big night for GOP. If its too close to call or goes Obama, game over.
the worldwide leader in sports can do better than jonathan coachman in afternoon drive?
or can't
I had to google him.
As it turns out, I'm watching MNF in a Buffalo Bills bar. In Norfolk, VA.
So now you know that Coachman started as a WWE announcer.
I've not gotten a single political phone call and I've voted in every election since I turned 18. I don't have a home phone though. I'm guessing that's the reason.
Christie is milking this hurricane as an excuse to touch a lot of women.
After a 15-hour work day in my home bunker, I am enjoying whiskey #3. Working from home (and not having to commute) has its benefits.
Lebron endorses infringing devices.
I endorse working from hOme.
Improbably, a guy I went to high school with is the Democratic nominee for NJ's 5th Congressional district. I say improbably because he's very stupid. You want proof? He has a typo on his website in the section where he spells out the importance of education. Elsewhere he repeatedly spells his own name wrong.
Lance Moore has an eyeblack sticker under one eye? How does that make sense?
Maybe the other one fell off. Or it's a tribute to Lisa "One Eye" Lopez. Are you WFH all week? That's my plan.
May drive in on Wed. Gas issues abating. Not my gas issues. The state's gas issues.
Colorado may legalize marijuana tomorrow. Mile-high city indeed.
election day filler on the way. bear with us.
