My wife and I had the day to ourselves today to celebrate our 11th anniversary (I’m a sucker for odd numbers) because she forgot about our anniversary and signed us up for trivia night at a local church last Saturday (I know I mentioned this last week but I’m providing context). We went out to lunch and had a couple drinks. We were supposed to leave the house in the late afternoon and check in to a hotel downtown and bar hop and have a nice dinner. She took a nap. I woke her up. She is still taking said nap. Don’t think we’ll make the hotel.

and in news related to mark's, my little one had friends over last night to celebrate her 18th birthday. she has been asleep on the couch for the past several hours. my baby gots a hangover. awwww.

The new HBO show about the 80s Lakers “Winning Time” starts tonight. It’s based on Jeff Pearlman’s book “Showtime”. It’s one of my favorite sports books of all time. I’m pretty excited.
