Another mass shooting, the Virginia gubernatorial race continues to tighten due to the traction gained by a really slimy, fear mongering campaign, and it now gets dark at about 4:30. I’m going to just leave this here:

I'm so ready for these terrible campaign ads to be done. The highlight (lowlight) down this way is a candidate who found a picture of the incumbent from college playing beer pong and lifting his shirt up and she included it in the TV spots. Most of the local takeaway has been f you, we all did wild things in college and we don't need jackaholes like you putting in commercials to steal votes.

Middle aged men and women play beer pong at my swim club (which is really a drinking club with a swim problem, but I digress). If the worst thing they can dig up is a game of beer pong from 25+ years ago, the candidate sounds squeaky clean to me. Unlike Squeaky who's filthy.
Then again, Ed Gillespie insinuated that Ralph Northam was in cahoots with MS-13 and child pornographers. Really scummy. Ed Gillespie: no chin and no decency.

The NJ gubernatorial election is nothing to write home about. We’ll end up w/ another Dem back in who will jack up taxes again, just in time for the SALT deductions to fade on me.
And the NYC mayoral race is even worse. A swarthy Greek woman is losing by about a million points to the clown DeBlasio, who is trying to destroy any semblance of quality of life in NYC. He is such a dumpster fire.
TR, I for one appreciate how you've abstained from any hyperbole in your NJ/ NYC election coverage.

DeBlasio is not a clown. I count numerous DeBlasios among my friends.
Those with HBO can now re-watch Highlander, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Pale Rider, Deer Hunter and a few other good movies added this month.
Watching Deer Hunter again just for the fun of it? I may opt to read Diary of a Young Girl or go visit my friends' graves instead. Brilliant film. Gutting.
