Just two short weeks ago, we decried the emergence of the male romper, or romphim, as it's known. Whether ironic attention-grabber or serious fashion statement, there's really no escaping the fact that it's a really fucking stupid look.
It got worse.
I give you...this matching lace shirt/short romphimesque ensemble.
We deserve everything that happens to us, and may the Lord have mercy on our collective souls.
I could pull that off.
ReplyDeleteThe pockets make it practical. They also have a hoodie on the website. Because a mesh hoodie makes sense.
ReplyDeletethat's why i posted this.
ReplyDeletewas referring to tr's comment, obvs. i posted this because i want to see tr in that getup. sexy beasts deserve sexy gear.
ReplyDeleteIf you click on "TR" above his comments you'll see TR in a mesh shirt. He was way out ahead on this. And on Zman shirts.
ReplyDeleteThe Warriors appear to be okay at this basketballing thing.
ReplyDeleteI would watch the Warriors and Cavs play 100 straight games.
ReplyDeleteThere are just so many things I love about these two teams. Draymonds defense and passing. Kyrie's handle and finishing. Currys shooting and creativity. LeBron and KD, who are the the two best basketball players on the planet IMO. Just to name a few.
ReplyDeleteYou know what I don't like though?
ReplyDeleteWatching Iman Shumpert play offense.
JR Smith's decision making is not exactly one of the great parts of this series either.
ReplyDeleteKD is absurd
ReplyDeleteThe difference in Steph's mobility between their year and last year is striking.
ReplyDeleteOh my, Steph
ReplyDelete*this year
ReplyDeleteI love the Paul George Gatorade commercial because it uses "93 til Infinity" which is one of my top 10 favorite songs of all time. But also because it's hilarious.
ReplyDeleteyeah, mark. it confuses me no end why nobody talks about how hurt steph was last year. there's no chance kevin love checks a healthy steph at the end of game 7, for example. it made for a great series, but golden state wins last year if he's healthy.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. He's putting in a show tonight and he's only 3-10 from three.
ReplyDeleteSo many things had to break for Cleveland to win last year. Steph's injury being one of the biggest of them. Credit to LeBron and the rest of the Cavs that they were able to take advantage of that but it's still true.
Weird to say that a recent MVP is having a coming out party. But it feels like that with Durant to me.
ReplyDeleteI'm having som problems with CNN's descriptor of Derek Fisher as "NBA legend Derek Fisher". How about "role player who landed in the right place at the right time Derek Fisher", "coach of the worst season in Knicks' history Derek Fisher" or "future homicide victim from somebody in Matt Barnes' entourage Derek Fisher"?
ReplyDeleteHappy Whit Monday, everyone. Get a little.
ReplyDeleteThis post has been up for 24 hours with nary a Geoff or Swint joke? We're getting old and lazy.
ReplyDeletePerfect holey outfit for a holy day.
ReplyDeletedanimal, are you currently on a Disney cruise?
ReplyDeleteThem's fightin' words, Teedge.
ReplyDeleteWaiting to board layover flight from O'Hare to SFO. Man behind me in line is wearing golf shirt with an "American Society of Magicians" logo on the front. I have about 20 Harry Potter jokes I want to make.
ReplyDeleteIs the American Society of Magicians akin to the Alliance of Magicians?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately not. The ASoM's annual convetion is in Louisville, not SF, so this appears to be just a dude who reps his hobbies on his chest.
ReplyDeleteI would think "Guild" is a better word to use for the magic men than "Society". But I'm just a muggle.
Not a gaggle?
ReplyDeletei see that both tj and tr have posts in the works. kudos, lads. postcount is excellent. i teed something up for tomorrow morning, so hopefully your works of genius can age a few days.
ReplyDeleteGet outta my business, Big Brother.
ReplyDeleteIn all seriousness, Game 1 of the NCAA softball final was crazy. 4-4 tie heading into the 17th inning. Sooners hit a 3-run dong in top of 17th to go up 7-4. Gators get bases loaded with 1 out and score a run in the bottom of the 17th, but it ends 7-5, in favor of the Sooners. It's a best of three series.
