Sunday Morning Pajama Music

Ignore the awkwardness of the scene. Maybe don't even look at it - just listen to the tune. I've been digging on Pinegrove's Old Friends for a couple of weeks now. It's spare, and simple, and it somehow brings me back 20 years. Perfect Sunday morning coffee drinking, newspaper reading, bracket contemplating stuff.

    This Cavs-Rockets game has fouled up my plans to get to bed at a decent time. But there is a good chance Tuesday will be a work-from-home day. So I guess that's okay.

    Just saw Green Day here in SE VA. Holy crap. Saw them 20 years ago, totally understimated the "bring it" factor they now carry. Showmen like apprentices of Bruce, they crushed it for an extended set and left nothing on the table. See them if you have any interest.
