My inability to gamble is well-documented in this space. So this year, I smartened up and asked the wife to make the weekly picks. Only two weeks for this to pay dividends, as you will see below:
Winning one week nets us $150. I will not even pretend to make a pick the rest of the season.

ReplyDeleteThe Redskins were second in the NFL in scoring in 1999 (last season before Snyder). They last led the league in scoring in 1991. In 1983, they scored 541 points (approx 34ppg) which is the third most all time behind the '98 Vikings (556pts) and the '07 Pats (589 pts). Only four teams have scored more than 500 points in a season, including the '07 Colts (522).
Anyone want to hazard a guess at which NFL team has the all-time best winning percentage? Its a bit surprising.
