On second thought, it's kinda par for the course.
Posting this message from Arnold Schwarzenegger because as many people as possible should see it. Tomorrow, something completely different and wildly absurd and an investment opportunity you won't want to miss.
Over to you, Governor.
Remarkably well said. I never thought analogizing our country to Conan's sword would be stirring but I guess I should know better than to underestimate Arnold Schwarzanegger. I look forward to the next use of the conan label.
ReplyDeleteCOME ON, COHAAGEN, YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANT. GIVE THESE PEOPLE AIR!
ReplyDeleteI think we've done the fire part of the tempering this week, but the cold water plunge and hammering is still undone.
ReplyDeleteI woke up and watched this clip this morning. Excellent work.
ReplyDeleteI just noticed that when I did, I was under my quilt comprised of my old college t-shirts. And that the part of it closest to my line of sight as I watched Arnold wield the Conan sword is a Tribe rugby shirt. One that has a cartoon rugger saying crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and hear the lamentation of the women. You know, like Conan said. Weird.
Hasta la vista... baby.
just as i've come to terms with the 'elderly dating' email solicitations i've begun receiving i got an email today selling me funeral insurance. not funny, life.
ReplyDeleteTake your Metamucil, Rob. Gotta stay regular.
ReplyDeleteI just get ads for solar panels and extended car warrantees. I guess I'll get ads for catheters and other miserable stuff when I turn 47. Peak misery and all that.
ReplyDeletetake my viagra, too, apparently
ReplyDeletei was just coming over here to post that Schwarzanegger clip! you guys are so ahead of me on the news cycle . . .
ReplyDeletei watched most of the bears/saints game because it was broadcast by nickelodeon, hoping for someone to be slimed. let’s get a coach!
ReplyDeleteThat game was brutal. Hoping Pitt-Clevetown is better, but not holding my breath.
ReplyDeleteBills and Browns are exorcising the demons for Zed and Johnny G.
ReplyDeleteI presume this is the sort of start you were expecting, TR?
ReplyDeletePittsburgh was 11-0 at one point. Then they lost to the Washington Football Team. Ain’t been the same since.
ReplyDeleteDecent start for the Browns.
ReplyDeleteToo early to tell, Mark.
ReplyDeleteI have the Tiger doc taping. May be able to switch to that soon if this game doesn’t improve.
