Ceai Complet: May 1, 2008

This morning on CNN.com, I can get a t-shirt with the headline, "911 Dispatcher Falls Asleep During Call", but I can't get one with "130-million-year-old poop sells for $960". That's a journalistic travesty. Somewhere, Buzz Bissinger is yelling at a potted plant.

  1. You want a t-shirt that says "130-million-year-old poop sells for $960"? I can get you that t-shirt, believe me. There are ways, Dude. You don't wanna know about it, believe me. Hell, I can get you a t-shirt that says "130-million-year-old poop sells for $960" by 3 o'clock this afternoon.

    Check out this silliness.

  5. If the technology was possible, Stephen A. would jump through the TV right now and beat Skip Bayless to death.

    God is First Take terrible...

  6. Tell me about it. Since I "work from home" now I end up having first take on in the background most mornings. Its possibly the worst thing that ESPN had ever done and I think we all know thats quite a statement. Also, could Bayless' rug be any worse?

  7. I think Jemele Hill should eat the rug during one segment, because it looks like she has consumed everything else in the studio lately.

Or maybe she's just storing acorns in her cheek in case of a food shortage.

  8. God save the crew member who steps in front of Hill and Dana Jacobson in the post-show buffet line. And Hill's hair is, to borrow a phrase from Geoff, groin grabbingly awful.

  9. Jacobson's "He-Man" do ain't exactly winning any awards*.

*Wait, are there hairdo awards? I need to google this...

  10. It's been 10 minutes, and I'm still chuckling pretty heartily over the "he-man do" line. Well done, sir.
